Do you offer a meet and greet Service?
Yes, our professional chauffeurs will greet you at the terminal exit near baggage claim and assist you with your bags and other items. The meet and greet service is an add-on and can be selected during the booking process on our online booking tool, or you can ask an agent to add the service at the time of booking.
Can you provide car seats for our reservation?
Yes, any size car seat is available for you to request at no additional charge. We offer booster seats, forward facing toddler seats and infant seats.
What if we have people flying in on different flights?
We can definitely accommodate different flight arrivals. We suggest that you book your reservation according the the latest flight to arrive into the SLC airport. Provide the flight information for all arriving flights in the notes when you book online or to the reservationist if you book over the phone. Drivers will be in contact with your selected primary passenger and will not be available to pick up your party until the entire group has arrived. If a flight is delayed and you want to split your party into two different reservations, please communicate that with the driver and contact our dispatch team at 801-872-8098 to arrange a second reservation for the delayed passengers in your group. In the event that all flight numbers have not been provided to company and the driver has to wait for a delayed flight, additional wait time charges will apply.
what is the difference between your service and a shared ride service?
The biggest difference between our service and shared rides is your convenience and comfort. Shared rides, while they may be a little cheaper, will not be a direct point to point
